October 13 & 27, 9am-4pm November 11 & 18, 9am-4pm Word 2003, Mod 1 Get the nuts and bolts necessary to create basic Word documents, learn how to enhance the appearance of your documents, how to find and replace text as well as how to use proofing tools to correct spelling and grammar errors. September 17 & 24, 1pm-5pm October 2, 8am-5pm November 13, 8am-5pm Microsoft Office 2007 Basic Applications Learn techniques to integrate the more commonly used office applications: Word, Excel, and Outlook and how to interconnect and link data. Today’s office professionals use several basic yet powerful programs and applications. Methods for exporting and importing data and information between Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook will be the focus of this class. Come learn effective methods that will save you time and energy! September 25, 1pm-5pm Excel 2003, Mod 1 This class teaches competency in creating and modifying workbooks; manipulating worksheet data by applying mathematical formulas and functions; and creating comments, graphics, diagrams and charts. Guided, step-by-step labs provide opportunities to practice new skills. An extra bonus: if you already know how to type, this course will help you improve your typing speed and accuracy.
