They are not merely a matter of “young versus old.” Everyone, regardless of age, is now living through historic paradigm shifts in what career is, what a working life is, and what today’s unpredictable marketplace demands. This class will help you place your multigenerational team on a course of collaboration instead of collision! December 8, 8am-12pm Management Skills for Administrative Assistants The vital role and skills of an administrative assistant in a well-run office is the focal point of this two-day certificate program. You will learn techniques for time management and enhance those three critical communication skills: active listening, skillful use of questions, and an awareness of what your body language says about you.
