versions of Excel, you will notice
that the new user interface in Excel
2007 has some significant changes.
This course is designed to help you
learn the new “bells and whistles”
required to easily create and use a
spreadsheet using Microsoft Excel.
You will learn the new tricks to
enter and edit data, create formulas,
format elements of a worksheet,
and insert charts. September 14, 8am-5pm October 6, 8am-5pm Excel 2007 Mod II Take your Microsoft Excel skills to the next level! Packed with useful tips for the intermediate Excel user, this course explains how to get the results you want from Excel formulas and functions, how to find data more easily with sorts and filters, how to manage multisheet workbooks, how to apply page formatting such as headers and footers and much more. October 13, 8am-5pm Word 2007 Mod I Microsoft Word 2007: Basics will introduce you to word processing features that are familiar to Microsoft users as well as features that are new in Office 2007. In addition to learning features of the new Office suite such as the Ribbon, you will learn: to create and save documents using different extensions, manage files, and work with font, paragraph and page formats and a lot more. Best of all, Word 2007’s interface is simple and intuitive, so creating great documents is easy. September 18, 8am-5pm September 24, 8am-5pm Word 2007 Mod II As you use Microsoft Office Word 2007 more and more, you will accumulate documents. It’s important to have a file system in place to organize those files; otherwise it’s easy to lose track of what you have saved and where that file is. You will also learn about: mail merge, smart tags, research tools, headers and footers, working with pages, bullets and numbering, templates and much more. October 1, 8am-5pm MS Access 2007 - Mod I Microsoft Access 2007 database management program has been rebuilt from the ground up. If you are familiar with databases or have used other versions of Access in the past, Access 2007 features an all-new interface, drag-and-drop functionality, modern styling, and a large variety of enhanced connectivity, features, and security. If you are familiar with previous versions of Access, there are a large number of new features including a completely new interface in Access 2007. If you have never used Access before, don’t worry – this is the class for you! September 21,
8am-5pm November 11, 8am-5pm MS Access 2007 - Mod II This class builds on the skills and concepts taught in Access 2007: Basic. You will learn how to normalize data; work with Look-up fields and sub-data sheets; create joint queries; add objects to forms, print reports and labels; create charts; and use PivotTables and Pivot Charts. Expand your skills and knowledge in this informative class. November 18,
8am-5pm Web Video Advertising Create your own low cost, high quality video advertisement for your existing Website. In addition to learning how to, you’ll be able to take home a finished product that is ready to be uploaded to your site.
